Sicura
Where Love is Enough
When you begin to recognize that your body is always communicating with you, the way you relate to yourself begins to change.
Sicura invites you to build a relationship with your body, heart, and soul by learning to perceive what is present, acknowledge what you experience, and respond to yourself with intention. Rather than trying to fix, force, or control your experience, you begin to meet yourself where you are.
Sicura is taught in a 2-hour workshop that introduces the foundations of the practice, including intention, prayer, somatic practice, communication, and relationship with self. You will explore the role of the body, energy, movement, surrender, and connection to Source before being guided through the full Sicura practice.
At the end of the workshop, you will experience Sicura for yourself with space for reflection, questions, and integration.
From there, the practice becomes yours. You can return to Sicura in your own home or join group practices to continue exploring what it means to be in relationship with yourself.
Over time, Sicura invites you to listen more deeply to your body, recognize your own patterns and responses, and develop greater trust in your ability to meet what arises within you.
Because at the center of every relationship is you.
