Short, focused sessions (~15 minutes) to identify and shift what your body is holding. Laura works using a three-part method- Listen, Observe, Acknowledge. She listens intuitively to what your body is communicating, observes where energy is held or being disrupted, and acknowledges the root pattern aloud, bringing it to your conscious awareness. This acknowledgement is what allows the body to begin releasing the old story.

The schedule does allow for last minute appointments, but please arrive 10 minutes before the time to fill out your intake form and prepare for the session.

Cost- $20 cash collected at the time of service.
