Integrating the Human Experience (IHE) is a 28-day self-healing technique that will introduce you to foundational fascia and spiritual concepts, guide you in listening to your body, and support nervous system regulation. Through this journey, you’ll access meditative states, strengthen intuition, work with energy, and open pathways for channeling and connection with your spirit team, higher self, and God.

IHE is taught in a workshop with education, demonstration, and practice. You will be provided with 28 days worth of videos guiding you on your journey and access to a private Facebook group with support from Laura.

Whether you choose a private or group workshop, you will have all the tools you need to move forward on your self-healing journey.

  • 1:1 Integrating the Human Experience Workshop with intuitively guided education tailored to you.

    • 40 minute Intuitive Healing session during the workshop

    • You become a “New Client”

    • Further Intuitive Healing sessions are completed at the “follow up” rate

  • $300 for a 2 hour private 1:1 workshop
