Integrating the Human Experience (IHE) is a 28-day self-healing program that will introduce you to foundational fascia and spiritual concepts, guide you in listening to your body, and support nervous system regulation. Through this journey, you’ll access meditative states, strengthen intuition, work with energy, and open pathways for channeling and connection with your spirit team, higher self, and God.
IHE is taught in a 2.5 hour workshop with education, demonstration, and practice. You will be provided with 28 days worth of videos guiding you on your journey and access to a private Facebook group with support from Laura.

Private 1:1 Workshop
Introductory Price Until 3/31: $300
-You receive a 40 min CFT/intuitive healing session during the workshop
-1:1 attention and tailored intuitive education
